At AuraPromise, we offer the following cancellation and refund options, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.

Before We Start

You can cancel for a full refund if work has not begun and you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled project start.

After Work Begins

You can receive a 50% refund after we begin working on your website, provided it has not been launched.

This includes cancellation after receiving the initial website for review, whether you are unhappy with the design or cancelling for personal reasons.

Alternatively, we offer free revisions until you are fully happy, within your selected package’s agreed features, before launch.

After Launch

Once your website is activated and launched with your approval, no refunds are available for a change of mind or personal reasons, except where required by law.

Promotional and Discounted Packages

If your package was purchased on promotion or at a discounted rate, your refund will be based on the discounted price you actually paid, not the original package price.

Requesting a Refund

Email hello@aurapromise.com with your name, order details and cancellation request.

Refund eligibility is based on the project stage when we receive your request. We will confirm the refund amount and expected processing time by email.
